18. Database via www

As there are still few systems which offer the possibility to make a database available via the www (on the Internet or Intranet), they are all dealt with in one place, to facilitate comparison.
Exceptionally a software service -Biblioserver- is included which is not considered in any other grid of  this work because it merely consists of this single procedure

Database available via www, Internet-Intranet

Bookends®
Sonny Software

it has got its own web server
n.b. tested only in Intranet

RefWorks®
RefWorks

Reference Manager®
Thomson ResearchSoft

it has got its own web server

n.b. tested only in Intranet

Biblioscape®
CGI Information

it has got its own web server

n.b. tested only in Intranet

Biblioserver®
Tarkvarastuudio
